The celebration will be attended by special guests, including state and local government representatives, and will feature the presentation of several Proclamations in honor of Ukraine’s Independence Day.
Come with your families and friends—wearing vyshyvankas, bringing flags and Ukrainian symbols. Let’s show together that the Ukrainian community in Orlando is strong, and that even across the ocean, we stand with Ukraine.
We are already getting ready! A giant rushnyk (embroidered towel) has been sewn. Thank you to @tatitrudell for painting the pattern on it.
